COVID-19

As a medical facility, we strive to keep your child safe from COVID-19. We are following strict guidance from the California Department of Public Health and CDC guidelines.

Your child must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance to attend Ridgeline during this time.

NO last-minute drop-offs can be accommodated due to COVID restrictions.

Based upon each county’s local health department guidelines, some COVID-19 guidelines may vary.

Some measures we are taking to protect our staff and your child include:

Screening for symptoms of illness for all clients and staff prior to entering Ridgeline (including a temperature check at the door).

Practicing physical distancing when possible or keeping clients in small groups.

Scheduling the same staff to work with the same clients on a regular basis.

Sanitizing all surfaces multiple times throughout the day, including toys after they are used.

Washing hands upon entering Ridgeline. We included a graphic below!

Limiting staff in the building to those providing direct client care.

Masks required for all adults in the building at all times

Keeping linens and pillows as personal use items and laundering often.

The best way to prevent the spread of illness is to stay home when you're sick, wear a mask when you're in public, and wash your hands frequently.
